Vacuum Lifter - M3EB - For Stone up to 2000kg

Description

The M3EB series is designed for lifting stone slabs and features three in-line suction pads, with models offering lifting capacities from 375 kg to 2000 kg. Vacuum is generated by an electric pump mounted on the lifter, powered by either 220V single-phase or 400V three-phase.

Key features:

Three suction pads arranged in-line for balanced lifting
Option to isolate the side pads to lift smaller workpieces using only the central pad
Option to isolate the central pad to lift slabs with a hole in the middle
Manual tilting system allows movement from horizontal to vertical (0–90°)
Audio-visual alarm system alerts the operator to unsafe conditions
Vacuum gauge with a color scale for continuous monitoring of vacuum levels
Integrated filter system protects against dust and condensation
Purge tap included for easy cleaning of the vacuum tank
