When to use an air winch?

One big advantages of an industrial air winch is safety: As a non-spark pneumatic device, an industrial air winch draws upon a supply of compressed air to channel power directly into its motor and is therefore perfect for use in volatile explosive-risk environments where electrically charged combustion engines cannot be operated and a heavy duty winching capability is required.

Additionally, in comparison to other types of winches, air winches feature a faster line speed, and are best suited in locations where a continuous power supply is unavailable or an electrically powered winch is otherwise unsuitable (such as in marine operations).

What type of air winch is best for you?
