Matthew Prestidge

Matthew joined Stratalign in May 2022.  This provides the company with additional management capability to build from its foundations and develop sustainably into the future.

Matthew is passionate about lifting productivity and safety in New Zealand’s workplaces. With nearly two decades of experience in managing teams working on industrial sites, 24 training certificates, a hands-on/can-do approach, Matthew can help Stratalign clients get the best lifting and hoisting solutions available on the planet!

Simon Scarlett

Simon has been with Stratalign since 2011. His engineering background prior has proven beneficial, giving him a unique ability to scope and solve difficult lifting, hoisting and material handling challenges.

Simon’s attention for detail and thorough understanding of our products and systems presents solutions that always meet our clients’ specific needs. With his positive outlook and easy-going demeanour, Simon happily maintains and creates rewarding, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Kingsley Brodie

Kingsley entered the business and joined his father in late 1973. Under Kingsley’s leadership, the company has enjoyed positive growth and development for more than three decades due to the continued trust we receive from the New Zealand markets.

Kingsley injects fresh energy and determination to deliver market-leading service and expertise to our quickly growing client base.

Administration and Finance Manager

Haylee Scarlett

Haylee serves as our Accounts and Finance Manager, overseeing accounts management, customer support, and a wide range of administrative responsibilities across the business. Her attention to detail and composure under pressure ensure that financial processes run smoothly and deadlines are consistently met.

With a reliable and thorough approach to her work, Haylee plays a key role in keeping the business running efficiently, and is a trusted point of contact for both colleagues and customers alike.

Marketing Specialist

Sheraz Harris

Sheraz started her career in NZ as a Service Delivery Manager for various large software development houses in Auckland.  After running her own own Web Development Company for 12 years she moved in to a full time Marketing Management/Specialist Role in 2016.

Sheraz joined the Stratalign team in May 2023 as their inhouse Marketing Specialist bringing a wealth of marketing knowledge with her.

Internal Sales and Procurement

Brielle Scarlett

Brielle looks after all things procurement, from tracking orders to providing shipping updates and keeping customers informed. She also assists with incoming enquiries, ensuring prompt and friendly support whenever it’s needed – likely the first voice you hear when you phone the office.

Lifting Equipment Sales Support

Angela Dizon

Angela began her career in the sales and outsourcing industry in 2021 as the Team Lead for the Lead Generation Specialist Team before moving into the Business Development Team in 2024.

Angela joined the Stratalign team in September 2025 as Lifting Equipment Sales Support, bringing with her valuable experience in lead generation, business development, and customer engagement.

Reuben Waite

Reuben Waite is a Business Development Manager with nearly 30 years’ experience across manufacturing, operations and technical sales. He works closely with customers to understand their lifting challenges and develop practical solutions that reduce manual handling risks, improve safety and increase workplace efficiency.

Keegan Reddy

Trainer and Training Co-ordinator

Mandy Roberts

Mandy is part of the RTE Equipment team, having recently joined Stratalign. She holds a Marketing Degree and brings a strong background in marketing and operations management, having spent over 12 years with RTE Equipment, starting out in operations management.

Today, Mandy has grown into her role as our certified forklift trainer and health and safety specialist, combining her operational know-how with a sharp focus on safety and compliance to support the wider team.

Accounts Administrator

Simone Fondling

Simone is part of the RTE Equipment team, having recently joined Stratalign. She diligently manages all RTE accounts and handles a range of administrative tasks, including customer service, ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes for our customers.

With around 18 years of experience in office management, including nine years in a similar role within the automotive industry, Simone brings a wealth of organisational expertise and a genuine commitment to customer care to the RTE team.

Warehouse and Dispatch

Jeremy Gumaka

Jeremy joined the Stratalign Team in October 2023 as our new Warehouse Manager. Born with a knack for organization and a love for efficiency, he’s the go-to guy to ensure our shipments leave the warehouse quickly and safely.

Jeremy’s qualifications and licenses include Accredited Person (AP), MPI (2022), Heavy Rigid Vehicle Endorsement, and Forklift License.

Service Technician

Willem Stadler

Willem also came over from RTE Equipment and is now part of the Stratalign team. He studied as a Mechanical Engineer and began his career working for Goscor as a Forklift Technician in South Africa for 10 years.

After moving to New Zealand, Willem joined RTE Equipment as a forklift technician, a role he held for twelve years, and he has now continued that journey with Stratalign following RTE Equipment’s acquisition.
