The VB4+4 RCMBM d4 X/XL is an upgraded version of the original VB4+4 vacuum lifter, designed for versatile and safe handling of panels and glass on construction sites.

It features 4 central suction pads and 4 additional pads mounted on removable arms. These arms can be easily attached or removed from the main structure, allowing the lifter’s grip size and lifting capacity to be adjusted as needed.

Lifting capacity by configuration:

• 2 pads: 300 kg
• 4 pads: 600 kg
• 6 pads: 900 kg
• 8 pads: 1200 kg

Additional features include:

• Manual tilting system for horizontal to vertical movement (0–90°)
• Manual 360° continuous rotation with automatic locking at every 90°
• Powered by built-in high-capacity batteries that are easily rechargeable and removable (external charger included)
• Dual vacuum circuit for safe use on-site, fully compliant with EN13155
• Integrated vacuum control unit that monitors vacuum levels and system performance, alerting the operator in case of a fault or unsafe condition
