Description
Model CB01B2 allows lifting and handling of loads of up to 200 kg. The crane rotates 360° with free rotation (lever in rest position) or can be locked every 30° (lever actuated) using a slewing ring at the base of the column. There are 2 handles to make rotation easy and smooth. Swivel hook with safety lock. Robust, removable push handle.
The special feature that makes the CB01B2 incredibly manoeuvrable is its frontal footprint of only 780 mm. This is the smallest size on the market. Crane is easily manoeuvrable thanks to 2 pivoting high-capacity wheels with bumper supports and parking brakes and 2 fixed front wheels with bearings. The entire chassis is made of stove-enamelled steel equipped at the base with 2 useful forklift supports (for lifting and transporting the crane over long distances in complete safety)
The raising and lowering of the arm is electrical and at a single, non-adjustable speed. They are done by operating 2 special controls on the hand control. There is also an emergency stop control on the hand control.
The hydraulic system is equipped with a block valve that prevents the load from falling in the event of accidental hose rupture and a relief valve that prevents the crane from being overloaded.
The arm is extendable in 4 positions and 3 types of optional arm extensions are available to increase the overhang to a maximum length of 2050 mm.
External battery charger. Powered by lead acid battery, this crane can be also equipped with maintenance free AGM sealed battery or Lithium battery.
Multifunction display showing charge level, battery voltage and operating hour meter.
