Description
The counterbalanced crane with slewing arm, model ST-CB01B2P, is part of a comprehensive range of 360° swivel counterbalanced cranes with manual traction. It offers a maximum lifting capacity of up to 200 kg and a reach of up to 2050 mm. The crane is available with either hydraulic lever control or electric control.
This series provides a highly cost-effective and versatile solution for lifting and transporting loads in a variety of settings, such as machining centers, machine tools, assembly lines, general assembly operations, and goods handling. Thanks to its compact design, the crane is easy to maneuver—even under full load—and can be operated effortlessly in tight spaces. The hydraulic system includes a lock valve that prevents the load from falling in the event of accidental pipe failure, as well as a safety valve to protect against overloading.
The crane is fitted with two high-capacity swivel wheels with bumpers and parking brakes, and two fixed front wheels with bearings. The frame, constructed from painted steel, features two integrated forklift supports at the base for safe long-distance transport. The sturdy push handle is removable, and two side handles allow for easy rotation of the counterweight. The swivel hook and rotating jib arm can be locked in 30° increments.
Model ST-CB01B2P is equipped with a pendant lever for single-speed lifting and progressive lowering, which is essential for operations requiring precise load positioning.
The crane arm is extendable to four positions, with three optional arm extension kits available to achieve a maximum reach of 2050 mm. It includes an external battery charger and is powered by a lead-acid battery, with optional upgrades to a maintenance-free AGM sealed battery or a lithium battery. A multifunction display provides information on battery charge level, voltage, and operating hours.
