Description

Freestanding Workstation Bridge Crane system can be installed in locations where the ceiling construction cannot carry the crane load. Freestanding frames also enable fast and flexible changes in crane’s layout. Floor-mounted freestanding workstation bridge crane system permits free usage of a gantry crane operating in the same work area. The freestanding frames are manufactured in the same production line as the profiles. This ensures that we can offer you a competitive delivery time for the whole system.

STEEL ENCLOSED PROFILES

The steel-enclosed profiles come in four sizes, P125, S140, S200 and S260 and are made of high-tensile steel, which allows higher stresses and bigger suspension loads. The steel-enclosed profiles allow 300 kg upward forces when equipped with an SW trolley. The steel-enclosed profiles have a world class weight–load carrying capacity ratio. All steel-enclosed profiles are rolled from one metal sheet to precise tolerances. Each enclosed profile’s cambering and opening are measured to ensure the highest quality. The S200 and S260 profiles can be equipped with an internal conductor rail (ICR).

ALUMINIUM ENCLOSED PROFILES

Aluminium enclosed profiles come in four sizes, Alu 2/105, Alu 3/140, Alu 4/180 and Alu 5/220 and are made of high-quality anodised aluminium. They have outstanding geometry and can take up to 500 kg upward forces with a standard trolley. The enclosed profiles allow smooth and light operation of the hoist and bridge. The enclosed profiles have unique ID stripes to help with identification and installation. Alu 4/180 and Alu 5/220 can be equipped with an internal conductor rail (ICR).

The single and double-bridge light cranes are intuitive and user-friendly workstation solutions offering wide coverage. The trolley automatically centres the load to the optimal lifting position, effectively minimizing load swing.  All standard workstation cranes can be operated manually or upgraded with electric movements for the trolley and bridge.

SINGLE BRIDGE CRANE - STEEL

The single bridge steel crane has a maximum load capacity of 1,500 kg. By combining steel and aluminium profiles, you can achieve an optimally tailored solution for your specific lifting needs.

SINGLE BRIDGE CRANE - ALUMINIUM

The single bridge aluminium crane has a maximum load capacity of 1,000 kg. Integrating steel and aluminium profiles allows you to achieve a perfectly optimized solution for your lifting needs.

DOUBLE BRIDGE CRANE - STEEL

The double bridge steel crane has a maximum load capacity of 2,000 kg, and its design provides increased lifting height and load capacity. You can also combine steel and aluminium profiles, achieving a perfectly optimized solution for your lifting needs.

DOUBLE BRIDGE CRANE - ALUMINIUM

The double bridge aluminium crane has a maximum load capacity of 1,000 kg. Its design enhances both lifting height and load capacity. You can also combine steel and aluminium profiles, enabling you to achieve a perfectly optimized solution for your lifting needs.

Single and double bridge raised workstation cranes provide an ideal solution for production lines with height limitations or restricted space. Elevating the bridge profile between the tracks maximizes the available lifting height.

SINGLE RAISED BRIDGE CRANE - STEEL

The maximum load capacity of a steel single raised bridge crane is 1,500 kg. In addition to choosing a steel or aluminium crane, combining both profiles offers even greater flexibility to create the optimal lifting solution. Both single and double bridge cranes are available with manual operation or can be equipped with electric trolley and bridge movements.

SINGLE RAISED BRIDGE CRANE - ALUMINIUM

The maximum load capacity of a low headroom aluminium single bridgecrane is 1,000 kg. In addition to choosing a steel or aluminium crane, combining both profiles offers even greater flexibility to achieve the ideal lifting solution. It can be operated manually or fitted with electric trolley and bridge movements.

DOUBLE RAISED BRIDGE CRANE - STEEL

The maximum load capacity of a low headroom double bridge steel crane is 2,000 kg. The double bridge design enhances both lifting height and load capacity. While steel and aluminium cranes are standard options, combining both materials provides even more possibilities to create the perfect lifting solution. The crane can be operated manually or equipped with electric trolley and bridge movements.

DOUBLE RAISED BRIDGE CRANE - ALUMINIUM

The maximum load capacity of a low headroom aluminium double bridge crane is 1,000 kg. Its double bridge design enhances both lifting height and load capacity. In addition to choosing either aluminium or steel, combining both materials provides even greater flexibility to create the optimal lifting solution. The crane can be manually operated or equipped with electric trolley and bridge movements.

POWERED MOVEMENTS FOR THE TROLLEY AND BRIDGE OF A WORKSTATION BRIDGE CRANE

Powered movements for the trolley and bridge are recommended if the crane’s rated capacity is more than 1500 kg, the lifting height is more than 6 m, or the bridge span is longer than 8 m. All powered movements of the trolley and bridge are equipped with limit switches so the units do not power into the end stops. A crane with electrical trolleys is typically controlled with a radio remote control. This means the operator can stand well clear of the load being transported. The power supply is provided by an internal conductor rail or flat cable system.

INTERNAL CONDUCTOR RAIL

The aluminium profiles 4/180 ICR and 5/220 ICR and steel profiles S200 ICR and S260 ICR can be equipped with an internal conductor rail to maximise the crane’s coverage. Inside the profile, the power supply is safe from external exposures, allowing full trolley and bridge movements without hanging cables.

FLAT CABLE POWER

All Workstation cranes can be fitted with a high-quality flat cable power supply. This system includes plastic cable trolleys with plastic wheels running inside the profile, supporting the flat cable. To prevent the trolleys from restricting the working area, one side of the track can be extended to accommodate the accumulation of cable trolleys.

TRACK SWITCH AND CURVE

The track switch and curve connect two hoist tracks with a maximum rated capacity of 1250 kg. It is only available for S200 steel profiles. The trolley can move in both directions through the track switch. The switch has electrical and manual operation with radio control or pendant.

TURNTABLE

The turntable connects several hoist tracks with a maximum rated capacity of 1250 kg. It is only available for S200 steel profiles. The turntable has electrical and manual operation with radio control or pendant.

TELESCOPIC CRANE

The telescopic crane lifts loads outside the track. It’s available in all sizes of both steel and aluminium profiles. The telescope can be operated manually or motorised with electrical operation using a radio control or a pendant.

TRACK LOCK

A track lock connects a bridge crane to a hoist track or another bridge crane to move the load from one crane or hoist track to another. The track lock has electrical or manual operation through radio control or pendant. It’s available in selected sizes of both steel and aluminium profiles.
