Equipped with an electric extension featuring a 1000 mm stroke, it offers a maximum reach of 1430 mm. An optional mechanical extension, with a fixed capacity of 100 kg, extends the free overhang to 1930 mm, providing additional versatility for various lifting applications.

The slewing ring rotation, which can be locked every 30°, is manually operated and facilitated by bearings and two ergonomic handles positioned on the upper part of the ballast, ensuring smooth and effortless rotation. For maximum maneuverability in confined spaces, the crane is fitted with two fixed wheels and a wheel motor connected directly to the tiller, allowing precise movement control.

The ST-CBFLEXG500SBL comes equipped with maintenance-free sealed AGM batteries, an external battery charger, LED stack tower lights for operational status and overload warnings, and an emergency stop function. A multifunction display provides real-time monitoring of battery charge level, voltage, and operating hours.

All boom functions, including lifting, lowering, extending, and retracting, are electronically controlled and adjustable via control levers located on the crane control panel.
