Description
The Batlift QFT1B is a forklift-mounted vacuum lifter designed for the safe handling of tilt panels and sheet materials up to 7000 x 1500 mm, with a maximum lifting capacity of 750 kg. This self-contained system requires no external power source or reeling drums, making it easily interchangeable between forklift trucks.

- Radio-operated controls for lifting, releasing, and 90° tilt function
- Four heavy-duty VKT40/40 suction pads (187.5 kg SWL each) on an adjustable suspension beam
- On-board battery pack with 1-2 day operating cycle and integral 220V smart 3-stage charger
- Automatic pump cut-off at maximum vacuum to prolong battery life
- All-steel pad construction with replaceable rubber seals suitable for rough or smooth surfaces
Safety:
- Minimum 3:1 safety factor maintained at all times
- Continuous audio-visual status indication: green confirmation lamp, warning buzzer, and red xenon flash
- Load remains secure until vacuum drops below 20%
- Minimum 20-minute hang-on time in the event of power failure (up to 7 days powered)
- Every unit factory-tested with concrete to twice the rated lifting capacity

- Replaceable pad seals last 12+ months in standard applications and can be changed in minutes
