The ST-CBGZ1000B portable crane lifting solution is part of a comprehensive range of counterbalanced cranes with manual traction, offering a maximum capacity of up to 1,000 kg and an outreach of up to 2,000 mm.
Available with either a hydraulic lever-controlled fast lift double-action pump or electric control, this crane provides a cost-effective and highly flexible solution for lifting and transporting loads across various applications, including machining centers, machine tools, assembly lines, and goods handling operations. With a minimum front footprint of just 800 mm, it can easily navigate narrow aisles and confined spaces and remains effortlessly maneuverable even at full load.
Manufactured entirely in Italy, the ST-CBGZ1000B ensures the highest construction quality and flawless performance. The hydraulic system is designed with safety in mind, featuring a lock valve that prevents accidental load drops in case of pipe failure and a pressure relief valve that safeguards against overloading.
The tiller arm is equipped with a gas spring and double Ø 200 mm wheels with ball bearings and a braking system, along with two fixed front Ø 250 mm wheels with bearings, ensuring smooth movement and precise control. The painted steel frame is fitted with two forklift pockets at the base, allowing for safe transport over long distances. The 360° swivel hook provides optimal load handling flexibility.
The ST-CBGZ1000B features a single-speed lift and lower system, operated via a pendant push-button control with an emergency stop for added safety.
The crane is powered by a lead-acid battery and includes an external battery charger, with optional upgrades to a maintenance-free AGM sealed battery or a lithium battery. A multifunction display provides real-time monitoring of charge level, battery voltage, and operating hours.
The arm is extendable in four positions, with an optional extension available to increase the maximum outreach to 2,000 mm.
