The VacuQuicklift is available in two main configurations: one designed for horizontal transport, and another with a tilting function for handling workpieces that require repositioning. All core functions—suction, lifting, lowering, and release—are controlled via a single, intuitive control lever. The system’s user-friendly operation, combined with its unique quick-release mechanism, ensures minimal cycle times and efficient handling.

Thanks to its modular design, the VacuQuicklift can be quickly and easily adapted to a wide range of applications and operational needs. It supports quick-change systems and offers a variety of suction pads, rotary units, and radio remote controls for the vacuum generators, allowing for maximum flexibility.

An optional extended control unit enables operators to handle workpieces at low or high elevations while maintaining an ergonomic posture, further improving comfort and safety. Naturally, it also includes the proven Quick Release system.

The VacuQuicklift is suitable for a broad range of applications, helping to simplify daily tasks, improve workplace safety, and significantly enhance process reliability. Wherever loads of up to 50 kg need to be lifted and moved repeatedly, the VacuQuicklift provides essential support, ensuring a highly efficient, ergonomic, and reliable workflow.

Dry-running vacuum pumps with 25-40 m³/h and mounted vacuum filters are available for the VPL100-VPL140 series.	The dry-running vacuum pumps are also available in a silenced version, which ensures a significant reduction in noise.
