The VacuPowerlift is a versatile and modular lifting system that can be quickly adapted to suit a wide range of applications. At its core, the system includes a rotary head with an integrated check valve, a multi-layer telescopic lifting hose, and a suction block—together forming the main lifting unit.

The control unit is mounted directly on the suction cup and can be extended or connected with additional joints. These components not only support vacuum functionality but can also operate pneumatically through a built-in compressed air channel. Optional tilting and rotating features make handling even more efficient.

For specialised needs, custom gripping devices and tailored solutions can be developed to fit unique workflows. This helps improve production processes while reducing physical strain on workers through ergonomic design.

With a lifting capacity of up to 300 kg, the VacuPowerlift is used across many industries. It ensures safe, user-friendly operation while streamlining production tasks.

Vacuum Generators

Dry-running vacuum pumps with 25-40 m³/h and mounted vacuum filters are available for the VPL100-VPL140 series.	The dry-running vacuum pumps are also available in a silenced version, which ensures a significant reduction in noise.	The robust and powerful side channel blowers are available in three sizes with suction volumes of 130-280 m³/h.

Additional silencers can be screwed onto the exhaust side of the vacuum blower, which reduce the noise level by approx. 3-4 dB(A). Stainless Steel and ATEX Version

The VacuPowerlift is also available in stainless steel and ATEX versions for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. All components are manufactured and welded in V2A or, in the case of higher requirements, in V4A. For ATEX requirements, special blowers and electrically conductive device designs are available, which ensure safe operation in ATEX zones 21 and 22.

For ATEX requirements, the lifting hose has a special, antistatic coating and has an open, internal copper wire insert.
