Interchangeable Set	Transport Trolley	Water Separator
The interchangeable set allows various suction pads and compact truss units to be connected using a pin connector and a quick-release vacuum coupling. This makes it easy to swap out suction pads quickly without needing to disconnect the VacuLifter from the crane hook. The exchange set is suitable for loads of up to 300 kg.	The rollable transport trolley provides excellent mobility. Its open loading area allows the suction pads to hang freely during transport, helping to protect the sealing rings from damage.	The water separator is especially useful in damp environments, such as near a water jet cutter or for outdoor use. Its transparent housing allows you to easily monitor the fill level, and it can be drained when needed using the drain screw. This optional accessory helps keep moisture out of the device, reducing the risk of corrosion.

Ergoflex Operating Handle	Parking Support	Manual Shut Off Valve
The Ergoflex operating handle provides several ergonomic benefits beyond the standard handle. It can swivel about 135°, allowing the handle height to be adjusted to suit the operator or the specific task. The handle can also extend from 675 mm to 1030 mm, making it easier to access and control the device—especially when handling wide loads.	The parking supports offer maximum protection for the suction pads and sealing rings. When the VacuLifter is not in use—such as when it's parked by a crane—the fold-up parking supports can be deployed. With the supports folded down, the suction pads remain elevated above the ground, preventing damage and contamination. Additionally, the parking supports can function as extra handles, providing better control when the VacuLifter is in a horizontal or upright vertical position. This allows the Green Line VacuLifter to be operated from the front as well.	Each suction pad can be turned off individually or in pairs using manual valves. This is useful when certain pads aren’t needed temporarily—such as when the load has cut-outs or when a smaller item is being lifted. It allows the operator to continue working without needing to adjust the suction pad or crossbar positions.

 

Foldable Beam

A foldable beam is ideal when shorter loads need to be placed in tight spaces—such as inside a box or on a table—but a longer main beam is still needed for handling larger items. The folding design provides greater flexibility and helps avoid collisions with obstacles.
