The NIKO Stainless Steel range includes 4 profile sizes, designed to handle loads of up to 2,000 kg. The enclosed, tapered track design ensures precise trolley alignment while minimising dust accumulation. This results in smooth trolley movement and extended crane lifespan. NIKO light cranes are highly efficient, requiring only 1–4% of the load weight to operate.

Reinforced Stainless Steel track with welded spine is a cost effective solution for relatively short spans or supporting distances. This range of Stainless Steel trolleys is fitted with horizontal guide rollers and are used for connecting the bridge crane to the long travel tracks.  For standard crane applications it is recommended that only one end carriage is fixed on the crane bridge allowing the other to move freely and compensate for track misalignment.
