Functions and Safety
PLATFORM
- Guard-lock doors: The lift operates only when all doors are closed. If a door is open, it automatically stops.
- Interlocked gates: Electrical and mechanical interlocks prevent landing doors from opening while the lift is in motion, keeping the area below safe.
- Anti-slip platform: A steel, anti-skid surface provides secure footing and prevents cargo from sliding during movement.
- Protective railings: Standard platform railings are 1.2 m high, with an option to increase to 2.2 m, helping prevent goods from falling during operation.
CONTROL SYSTEMS
- Emergency stop: Instantly halts lift operation in case of an emergency.
- Final limit switch: Prevents the lift from over-traveling if the top floor limit switch fails.
- Voltage protection: Shields the system from power fluctuations to ensure safe, reliable performance.
- Key switch: Allows authorized personnel to cut off power and secure access to the lift.
